As a Sr. Cloud Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting the cloud infrastructure that powers our enterprise systems. You'll help ensure our cloud environment is secure, resilient, and highly available while driving architecture standards and best practices that enable innovation and support our mission to save and improve lives.
Compensation: $125,000 - $135,000
This hybrid position is based in Scottsdale, AZ and requires working onsite three days per week and from a home office two days per week.

As a Sr. Cloud Engineer, you'll get to:
Design, implement, and support secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure across PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS environments.
Lead cloud architecture, installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance optimization to ensure reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
Evaluate cloud technologies, infrastructure solutions, and technical alternatives to support strategic planning and business objectives.
Manage cloud infrastructure projects by planning, prioritizing, documenting, and delivering implementations on schedule.
Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure standards, procedures, security policies, and best practices while promoting user awareness and compliance.
Monitor cloud performance, utilization, and costs, providing recommendations to optimize system performance and maximize value.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define requirements, implement solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Research emerging cloud technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Support cloud infrastructure budgeting, resource planning, and cost management initiatives.
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Advanced knowledge of deployment and support of major Cloud vendors infrastructures, including AWS, Google Cloud Platform and Azure required.
Knowledge of PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, Cloud-based systems and their impact on design and implementation strategies required.
Experience supporting 24x7 Mission Critical systems required.
Knowledge of project planning and control required.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
One or more of the following certifications (or other vendor equivalents) preferred: Microsoft Azure Solution Architect Expert OR AWS Solutions Architect
EXPERIENCE
Five years of experience in the design, implementation, support and management of PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, Cloud-based systems required.
Without completion of at least one of the certifications listed under Licenses/ Certifications:
Ten years related experience required.
Experience with cloud infrastructure systems design and architecture required.
Cloud-based automation tools preferred.
Azure Virtual Desktop preferred.
