Role Overview:
As the APAC Regional Product Manager for the Assure Integral product suite, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our extensive portfolio of tools and products. This role blends insurance product knowledge, leadership, product first strategy, and line of business team collaboration to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, AI first, SAFe® Agile environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the adoption of Product Management best practices and supporting the Global Product Manager in the successful delivery of the product roadmap.

Reports to Global Product Manager – Assure Integral
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Product Execution - Support execution of the global Integral roadmap within APAC, ensuring alignment with regional priorities, regulatory needs, and delivery commitments, whilst enforcing a product first, adopt, not adapt approach.
Customer & Market Engagement - Act as regional SME for Assure Integral. Support regional deal qualification, solution reviews and translate regional needs into scalable, reusable product capabilities.
Product Configuration & Design - Support the Build team in the design of configurable insurance products including benefits, riders, underwriting rules, pricing structures, and policy lifecycle events aligned to Integral platform constraints.
Delivery Enablement - Work closely with delivery and implementation teams to ensure consistent, high-quality adoption of Integral solutions across projects. Provide functional guidance and governance.
Feedback into Global Product - Capture product gaps, regional challenges, and client feedback. Provide structured input to the global product roadmap to improve capability and reusability.
Governance & Standardisation - Promote standard product patterns and reduce bespoke builds. Ensure adherence to documentation standards, traceability, and product design principles.
Key Skills & Experience:
Insurance Domain Knowledge - Strong knowledge of Life, Protection, Annuities and/or P&C insurance, with understanding of APAC market practices and regulatory environments.
Integral / PAS Expertise - Experience working with Assure Integral or similar PAS platforms including product configuration, policy lifecycle processes, and data structures.
Regional Experience - Experience working with APAC clients and delivery teams across multiple countries and regulatory regimes.
Technical & Delivery Understanding - Understanding of APIs, Integrations, Roadmap Management and backlog management tools, i.e.: JIRA, Confluence and AHA!, Agile delivery, and platform constraints within enterprise insurance systems.
Communication & Stakeholder Management - Strong ability to engage with clients, delivery teams, and global product management, translating between business and technical perspectives.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and product management with regional exposure.
Proven experience in Insurance, PAS delivery, data migration, and Agile delivery.
Strong understanding of insurance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,,
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
