Role Summary
The Security Compliance & Vulnerability Management Analyst (G11) owns the accuracy, cadence, and quality of enterprise vulnerability and PCI compliance reporting across client accounts. This role is the primary liaison for UPS penetration testing activity, responsible for tracking findings end-to-end from identification through remediation and closure, and for producing weekly leadership-ready reporting on PCI posture and vulnerability status. The role requires strong command of Qualys, OneTrust, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and Windows-based reporting environments, combined with the judgment to interpret scan and audit data, flag risk, and package it into formats consumable by both technical remediation teams and client/executive stakeholders.
Key Deliverables Owned
Weekly PCI Tracker and Vulnerabilities report – consolidated, accurate, and distributed on a fixed weekly cadence.
UPS Penetration Test Liaison and Finding Tracker – single source of truth for all penetration test findings, remediation owners, target dates, and closure evidence.
Vulnerability scan output normalization and trend reporting from Qualys VMDR into Power BI dashboards.
PCI-DSS control evidence and exception tracking in OneTrust, including audit-readiness documentation.
Ad hoc leadership decks and briefing notes summarizing compliance posture, aging findings, and risk exposure.
Job Responsibilities
Execution
Maintain and update the Weekly PCI Tracker and Vulnerabilities report, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and on-time distribution.
Own the UPS Penetration Test Finding Tracker – log new findings, assign remediation owners, track SLA/target dates, and validate closure evidence.
Extract, clean, and merge vulnerability data from Qualys VMDR and other scan sources for reporting and trend analysis.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and templates for PCI, vulnerability, and penetration test reporting.
Maintain OneTrust records for PCI-DSS controls, exceptions, and audit evidence in line with compliance calendars.
Format, edit, and template recurring reports, trackers, and presentations to a consistent leadership-ready standard.
Analysis / Planning
Analyze vulnerability scan results to identify trends, aging findings, high-risk assets, and repeat non-compliance patterns.
Model remediation timelines against PCI-DSS and client SLA requirements; flag at-risk or breached items proactively.
Support planning for upcoming penetration tests and PCI audit cycles by preparing scoping and readiness documentation.
Identify opportunities to automate recurring data pulls, tracker updates, and report generation to reduce manual effort.
Communication / Support
Act as the primary liaison between the remediation teams, penetration testing vendors, and client stakeholders for finding status and evidence requests.
Present weekly and monthly PCI/vulnerability status updates to delivery leadership and, where required, client stakeholders.
Respond to ad hoc data and evidence requests from auditors, security teams, and account leadership.
Document processes, definitions, and reporting logic to support onboarding and knowledge continuity.
Coordination
Coordinate with remediation owners across towers (SCCM/Intune, OS, Network, Application) to drive finding closure.
Schedule and organize recurring PCI, vulnerability, and penetration test governance calls.
Coordinate with the penetration testing vendor/TEC on test scheduling, scope confirmation, and finding validation.
Maintain version control and archiving of trackers, evidence, and reporting artifacts per audit requirements.

Tools & Technology Platforms
Windows – enterprise desktop/server environment familiarity for evidence gathering and validation.

OneTrust – PCI-DSS control evidence, exception, and audit workflow management.
Qualys (VMDR) – vulnerability scan data extraction, remediation tracking, and reporting.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
10–15 years of experience in security compliance, vulnerability management, or IT risk reporting within an enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with Qualys or equivalent vulnerability scanning platforms.
Working knowledge of PCI-DSS control requirements and audit evidence expectations.
Experience with OneTrust or a comparable GRC/compliance management tool preferred.
Advanced Power BI and Excel skills, including data modeling and dashboard design.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to delivery and client leadership.
Prior exposure to penetration testing lifecycle and finding remediation coordination is a strong plus.

Penetration test finding closure rate against agreed SLA/target dates.
Reduction in aging/overdue vulnerabilities and PCI exceptions over time.
Audit readiness – completeness and accuracy of OneTrust evidence at time of review.
Stakeholder satisfaction with reporting clarity, cadence, and responsiveness.
