As a Technology Lead / Architect, you'll play a key role in shaping technology solutions for complex transformation programs. You'll partner with business and technology stakeholders to define architecture strategies, lead solution design, and ensure delivery teams build scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.
The Work
In this role, you will:
Lead architecture design and technology strategy across large-scale transformation initiatives.
Define software and hardware requirements that support enterprise architecture objectives and business outcomes.
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions aligned to business needs.
Conduct impact assessments and architecture analysis to understand how business requirements influence system landscapes.
Guide application architecture decisions, including user interface and user experience considerations.
Facilitate architecture workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Participate in design, code, and test reviews to promote engineering excellence and solution quality.
Perform architecture quality assurance reviews across projects and proposals.
Support solutioning, estimation, planning, and pricing activities for new opportunities and client proposals.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams and emerging architects.
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation and successful delivery outcomes.

What We're Looking For
8+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or a related field.
Strong experience designing and delivering complex business and technology solutions.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide strategic technology decisions.
Experience conducting architecture assessments, solution design reviews, and governance activities.
Strong understanding of modern application architectures, cloud technologies, integration patterns, and enterprise systems.
Experience supporting pre-sales activities, proposals, estimations, and client solutioning.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with application architecture and modern software design principles.
Knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture methodologies.
Experience working across cloud, integration, and platform transformation programs.
Strong understanding of operational architecture and non-functional requirements.
Advanced strategic thinking and complex problem-solving capabilities.
Experience leading technical teams across multiple workstreams and large-scale delivery engagements.
