Job description
The Role
Support the following activities for Latam Countries such as Mexico, Colombia and Chile:
Accounts Payable activities, including vendor reconciliations, payment approvals, bank reconciliations, and recording payments in banking platforms.
Accounts Receivable activities, including customer account reconciliations and invoice processing.
Monthly accounting closing for local and consolidated levels;
Assist with internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation.
Support finance transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI-enabled tools, automation solutions, and process improvements within the Finance organization.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in accounting in Public Accounting.
Minimum 4 years experience in multinational companies in accounting and controllership activities
English knowledge, Intermediate level is a plus.
MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Knowledge of ERP systems. Oracle is a plus
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Sense of urgency and proactive attitude.
Self-starter with willingness to learn and develop in an international environment.
Ability to effectively interact with different internal and external stakeholders.
Interest in leveraging AI, automation, and digital tools to improve finance and accounting processes.
