Analyst, Employee & Labor Relations

The Analyst, Employee & Labor Relations plays a key role in supporting compliant and consistent HR operations across the U.S. This position provides day-to-day support to the Employee and Labor Relations team, with a focus on documentation, administrative support, union compliance, and employee relations processes.

This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, proactivity, and the ability to support a variety of operational and strategic priorities as they arise.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

  • Support union administration activities across the U.S., including dues collection, 401(k) contributions, and required reporting
  • Partner with Employee & Labor Relations to ensure processes align with employment laws and collective bargaining agreements
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external audits
  • Maintain Employee & Labor Relations content on the HR Insider page, ensuring accuracy and organization; support creation of new resources as needed
  • Support workplace investigations, including scheduling, note-taking, basic fact-finding, and case file management
  • Process HR transactions in Workday related to union changes (e.g., post-negotiation updates, compensation changes, payroll adjustments)
  • Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of union-related payments and obligations
  • Provide continuous support to Employee and Labor relations team with managing the offboarding process
  • Identify process gaps and support improvements to employee and labor operations workflows
  • Provide general support and guidance to HRBPs, managers, and the Employee & Labor Relations team on policies, compliance, and union-related matters
  • Support additional projects and priorities as needed

YOU HAVE:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • Workday experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work on-site in Miami
