Overview

The Field Assistant provides support to the Construction Management (CM) team by assisting in providing field services on an as-needed basis inclusive but not limited to providing access control at the primary construction entrance at the project site, scanning badged employees in and out, and maintaining guest and visitor logs for delivery to the client in alignment with Parkhill’s standards and client expectations. This is a non-exempt position paid bi-weekly on an hourly basis.

Responsibilities

  • Providing Access control at large construction site, and interacting with all visitors, delivery drivers, and onsite personnel
  • Scan in and Scan Outs of badged personnel throughout course of day maintaining professional demeanor
  • Maintain accurate delivery and visitor logs daily following Parkhill’s QA/QC standards
  • Accurately communicate progress, field conditions, and issues to supervisors
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record meeting company insurance requirements
  • Proficiency in reading construction drawings and schedules; working knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations
