Working primarily with our DevOps team and the wider tech department — and in close collaboration with our internal vibe-coding stakeholders — you operate and evolve our central AI infrastructure across all tech squads, and act as a close architectural sparring partner to our VP of Engineering. As an Individual Contributor, you help us build a self-governing AI system — clear guardrails, automated quality and security gates, and per-domain transparency — so the platform governs itself along our Measure · Document · Govern model.
