In this role, you will support the Product Service Center by coordinating repair operations, managing inventory and administrative processes, and providing exceptional service to internal and external customers. You will play an important role in ensuring efficient repair workflows, accurate order processing, and timely communication across multiple teams while contributing to a collaborative and customer-focused environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Receive, process, and track incoming and outgoing repairs and product returns using designated systems and databases.
- Coordinate and manage loaner equipment requests, including monitoring and maintaining the loaner mailbox.
- Process advanced exchange requests and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Support billable repair activities, including purchase order and repair order processing.
- Coordinate vendor repair activities, including obtaining return authorizations, managing purchase orders, and maintaining repair status updates.
- Manage and maintain loaner inventory, including follow-up activities to ensure timely equipment returns.
- Ensure expedited repair requests and special shipment requirements are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain repair documentation and shipping records through scanning, filing, and electronic record management.
- Communicate repair turnaround times and service-related updates to internal stakeholders and global teams.
- Provide support to internal and external customers regarding pricing, purchase orders, repair status, inventory inquiries, and process-related questions.
- Monitor and maintain repair inventory records to support operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.

You communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring information is shared in a timely and professional manner. You adapt your approach to changing priorities and customer needs while maintaining productivity and delivering reliable results. For This Role, You Will Need:- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with computer-based systems and data entry processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions and levels of the organization.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Associate degree in a technical, business, customer service, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting repair operations, service coordination, inventory management, or customer service processes.
- Experience using Oracle, SMS, or similar enterprise business systems.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, service center, or technical support environment.
- Knowledge of repair order, purchase order, and inventory management processes.
