As Veterinary Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth in Petlog microchip registrations and database participation across the veterinary sector, while supporting the expansion of our health schemes. You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with veterinary groups, independent practices, distributors and industry partners, helping to strengthen our market position and deliver long-term growth.

What you'll bring:

Essential
  • Proven B2B sales or account management experience.
  • Experience selling into veterinary, animal health or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially focused with strong analytical capability.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a national territory.
Desirable
  • Veterinary industry knowledge.
  • Experience working with veterinary groups or distributors.
  • Knowledge of pet identification, insurance or pet services.
  • Experience in channel sales and route-to-market development.

What you'll be doing:

Veterinary Channel Growth
  • Develop and deliver a veterinary sales strategy to increase Petlog microchip registrations and health scheme training and delivery.
  • Build relationships with independent veterinary practices, corporate groups and buying groups.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of RKC products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement.
Distribution & Business Development
  • Develop new  distribution channels beyond existing supplier relationships.
  • Build partnerships with veterinary organisations, distributors and industry bodies.
  • Identify opportunities through:
    • Veterinary groups
    • Independent practices
    • Referral centres
    • Welfare organisations
  • Support launch and implementation of new products and services.
Commercial Performance
  • Deliver agreed chip registration and revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and conversion performance.
  • Develop forecasts and growth plans.
  • Support proposition development based on market feedback.
  • Deliver increased distribution of our health schemes
Account Management
  • Act as primary contact for key veterinary accounts.
  • Deliver account reviews and growth plans.
  • Resolve commercial issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
Market & Industry Insight
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Gather customer feedback from practices and veterinary teams.
  • Identify barriers to registration and adoption
