Authentic, not Artificial.About the roleWe are hiring a Director of Customer Success to build our CS function 0-to-1 across a consumer and professional user base.What you'll doDesign the CS motion from scratch: onboarding, activation, retention, automation vs high-touch.Own stickiness and activation metrics (NRR, GRR) and the systems behind them.Partner across product and sales; lead as a hands-on player-coach.What we're looking forBuilt CS 0-to-1, enterprise/B2B high-touch with consumer overlap.Ownership of retention and activation metrics with real outcomes.Earlier-career energy over big-enterprise process.How we hireAcross every role we index heavily on a growth mindset.
