Job Title: System Administrator Location: Pune, India About the roleResponsible for managing, securing, and maintaining enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance. Supports infrastructure operations through system administration, troubleshooting, security hardening, identity management (AD/LDAP), storage, and network administration. Collaborates with engineering, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure services.Position Requirement & Key Responsibilities:• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.• Hands-on experience administering enterprise Linux environments, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).• Strong expertise in Linux system administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.• Solid understanding of Linux authentication and identity services, including Active Directory integration, Kerberos, LDAP, SSSD, and PAM.• Strong working knowledge of SELinux administration, security hardening, and Linux security best practices.• Experience with enterprise storage technologies, including NFS, multipathing, and storage connectivity troubleshooting.• Experience managing SSL/TLS certificates, certificate renewals, and secure communications across Linux-based platforms.• Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.• Experience with enterprise monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across infrastructure, development, security, and operations teams.• Familiarity with hybrid infrastructure environments including on-premises and cloud platforms.
