Job Description Summary:

The Visual Merchandising Lead will be responsible for executing all visual duties at the store level. With the supervision of the visual manager, the Visual Merchandising Lead will oversee basic visual functions; floor moves, replenishment, signage, visual inventory, maintaining visual standards and zone recovery.  The role requires a solution-oriented, creative individual driven to achieve the highest quality of visual excellence and business results.  The Visual Merchandising Lead will refer all duties which require managerial experience and/or approval to the management team (e.g. disciplinary action, employee feedback and process refinement).

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

The Visual Merchandising Lead is responsible for supporting the store management, planning and visual teams by ensuring that all Standard Operating Guidelines (SOG) are being followed appropriately.

  • Provide direction, leadership and OJT to retail ambassadors.
  • Leads and oversees store replenishment operations, ensuring sales floor presentations are fully stocked, maintained to company visual merchandising standards, and replenishment tasks are completed accurately and efficiently by the team.
  • Function as a source of knowledge about retail merchandise at Coca-Cola stores, its products and history, current stock and inventory levels.
  • Demonstrate features and benefits of merchandise/product in order to educate the ambassadors to help them promote sales.
  • Responsible for day-to-day reaction to business needs – new stock and returning stock items within all retail locations.
  • Accurately process all paperwork, including but not limited to signage requests, signs, presentation manuals, Visual MOS, playbooks and
  • Partner with management team and key partners for the weekly key item walks and assist with follow-up procedures.
  • Maintain visual standards and follow the plan-o -grams set by the corporate merchandiser
  • Maintenance of show quality within all interior and window presentations – housekeeping, maintenance, lighting, repair etc.
  • Walk floor routinely to determine visual needs; Out of Stock (OOS), backfill issues, etc.
  • Lead sales floor as Leader on Duty. Providing support to guests and employees. Focused on driving KPIs to achieve sales goals
  • Assist with opening and closing process of store

In addition to the above roles and responsibilities, there may be additional responsibilities to fulfill the Visual Merchandising Lead position requirements.

Educational Requirements and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of six months of retail visual experience.
  • Part-time or full-time managerial experience preferred.

United States of America: 38,032 USD - 43,465 USD
