Foxhole Technology provides robust cybersecurity and IT support capabilities for federal civilian and defense agencies. A recognized leader in navigating technology and security challenges, Foxhole delivers mission-focused innovations to answer evolving and complex needs. Our talented employee-owners provide agile, scalable services and solutions that solve operational gaps, operate critical systems, and protect and secure the enterprise – across the organization and around the world.

As the Capture Manager, this position will be responsible for identifying, developing, shaping, and executing strategic growth opportunities across DoD and Federal Civilian markets. The Capture Manager will lead capture activities from opportunity identification through proposal submission and transition, developing winning strategies, building customer relationships, and partnering with technical teams to deliver innovative solutions.

This individual will work closely with Business Development, Operations, Program Managers, Solution Architects, Engineers, Proposal Teams, Partners, and Senior Leadership to develop differentiated solutions and execute winning capture strategies.

The successful candidate will have experience capturing technology-focused solutions, ideally involving software development, cloud modernization, DevSecOps, systems integration, and mission-focused IT solutions. Experience supporting Air Force, USSOCOM, or other DoD mission customers is highly desirable.

This position requires a proactive “doer” who can balance strategic thinking with execution—someone who can build relationships, shape opportunities, coordinate teams, contribute to technical solution development, and drive opportunities forward with minimal oversight.
