Business Development (BDR) — 9am London start

This is the entry point. You join a customer pod alongside a Deployed GxP Director and a Deployment Strategist, and you build the pipeline that feeds everything else. You can read our full mission here.

This role is based in London and starts at 9am London time.

The job is research, outreach, and relentless follow-up. Find the companies. Find the people. Get them on the phone. You will learn how markets work, how to map an organization, how to write a message that gets answered, and how to turn cold outreach into real conversations — by doing it every day next to the people closing the deals.

24hr hiring process

1. 1.

   Fill out the form

   The entire application takes under 60 seconds. Give us three concise bullets showing evidence of excellence: what you did and the result.

2. 2.

   30-minute interview

   If we see a potential fit, we’ll message you to arrange an interview. This will likely be a phone call with a founder. We’ll ask interview questions, then leave time for anything you want to ask us. Afterwards, we may ask for one more short call or send over a few written questions.

3. 3.

   Offer or work trial

   If it’s a yes, we’ll make an offer and give you 72 hours to decide. If you’re not currently in a role, we may suggest a work trial first.
