About Volta

Volta is the category-defining, fully vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform – from capital to clusters to software, under a founder-led enterprise. Our mission is The Utility of Compute™: AI infrastructure as dependable and available as electricity, for every organization that needs it. Launched with a $10B strategic partnership with one of the leading frontier AI labs, a Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz, and a $5B AI Infrastructure Fund, Volta is building the infrastructure layer of the AI era from the ground up. We are 100+ people across London, Palo Alto, and New York, with rapid growth expectations to hundreds.

About The Role

The Data Center Delivery Manager (Nordics) makes sure that when a Volta site is built, it becomes live compute – fast. You will lead full-stack delivery across European projects: integrating data center readiness with the deployment, turn-up and commissioning of NVIDIA Vera clusters.

Working across project teams, you will own the turn-up playbook, run readiness gates with each project, and coordinate the partners and vendors involved in taking capacity from mechanical completion to serving workloads. It is a hands-on role at the point where construction meets compute.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead full-stack delivery and turn-up across European projects, from mechanical completion to live clusters

  • Own and continuously improve the turn-up and commissioning playbook used across the fleet

  • Plan turn-up and commissioning with each project team well ahead of mechanical completion

  • Run readiness gates covering power, cooling, networks and cluster deployment

  • Coordinate NVIDIA ecosystem partners and vendors through deployment and bring-up

  • Drive integration between facility commissioning and cluster-level testing

  • Track speed-to-compute metrics and feed lessons back into design and delivery

  • Support the end-to-end delivery strategy with front-line insight from live projects

What You Bring

  • Data center experience is essential, including commissioning or turn-up of live environments

  • Hands-on experience deploying GPU or high-density compute clusters, ideally within the NVIDIA ecosystem

  • Strong understanding of critical power, cooling and network dependencies during bring-up

  • A record of coordinating multiple vendors and partners against tight readiness dates

  • Structured, detail-driven planning with calm execution under pressure

  • Willingness to travel regularly to European sites during turn-up phases
