This isn’t a traditional RevOps role.We’re looking for a builder who loves creating tools, automations, and AI-driven workflows that help commercial teams move faster, make better decisions, and win more business.You don’t just use AI. You build with it. From intelligent automations and AI agents to internal products and custom workflows, you’ll help redefine how a modern GTM organization operates.If solving business problems with technology gets you excited, we’d love to meet you.What You’ll Do?Build internal tools that help Sales and Marketing work smarter and fasterDesign and automate GTM workflows across prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, and customer engagementAnalyze the revenue funnel, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve conversion and executionOwn and optimize our GTM tech stack, including CRM, enrichment, automation, and AI toolsBuild dashboards and analytics that help the team understand what’s working and where to improveDevelop playbooks, AI agents, automations, and self-service tools that eliminate repetitive workWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to solve business challenges with technologyExplore new AI technologies and bring the best ideas into the business Requirements Who You Are?You have 4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Operations, Growth Operations, or a similar technical GTM roleYou’ve worked in a high-growth B2B SaaS startupYou enjoy building things from scratch and making them better over timeYou’re constantly experimenting with new AI tools and technologiesYou understand how modern sales organizations operate and how technology can make them more effectiveYou have hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, n8n, Zapier, Make, Outreach, or similar platformsYou’re comfortable working with APIs and connecting different systemsYou know how to turn data into practical insightsExperience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, or other development languages is a big advantageWhy Join Us?Be the first AI GTM Engineer and build this function from the ground upJoin a fast-growing, well-funded cybersecurity startupWork directly with experienced foundersBuild products and tools that have a direct impact on revenueUse the latest AI technologies to solve real business challengesGrow with the company as we scaleIf you’re the kind of person who enjoys building more than maintaining, loves using AI to solve real problems, and wants to shape how a modern GTM organization operates, we’d love to hear from you.
