On behalf of our client, a well-established company in the Manufacturing industry, we are looking for an HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages the Human Resources team
  • Drives and supports organizational integration initiatives, fostering collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing operations
  • Acts as the primary liaison between employees and management
  • Manages employee relations and collaborates with employee representatives and labor unions
  • Monitors and oversees payroll processes
  • Ensures compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies
  • Supports leadership on organizational development, change management, and company culture initiatives
  • Designs, develops, and implements HR policies, processes, and systems
  • Oversees recruitment, performance management, learning, and talent development activities
  • Addresses and resolves employee matters, promoting a positive, productive, and engaging work environment

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or equivalent leadership role
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge and supervision of payroll processes will be considered a strong advantage
  • Experience working with labor unions and collective employee representation bodies will be considered a strong asset
  • Εxcellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to lead
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build credibility
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex situations effectively
