Lead Principal Product Manager
Join us at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) as we seek a Senior Principal Product Manager for Robotics, Perception, and Embodied AI to define and drive the product strategy for intelligent systems that perceive, reason about, and act in the physical world.
This is a senior individual-contributor role for a technically deep product leader who can operate from executive strategy to detailed product requirements. You will own a business-critical product area spanning robotics, perception, embodied AI, simulation, edge and cloud infrastructure, and fleet operations.
You will work closely with Applied Science, Engineering, customers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to translate emerging research and customer needs into reliable, scalable products. Success means creating a clear path from customer problem to scientific investigation, production deployment, and measurable business value.
What You’ll Do
Define the multi-year vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for robotics, perception, and embodied AI.
Build deep relationships with strategic customers, understand their business and technical objectives, and translate those needs into repeatable product capabilities.
Serve as the product counterpart to Applied Science and Engineering, defining target use cases, requirements, evaluation metrics, operating constraints, and production-readiness criteria.
Own product areas such as multimodal perception, sensor fusion, spatial understanding, robot learning, navigation, manipulation, simulation, human-robot interaction, and fleet intelligence.
Prioritize across research, platform capabilities, customer commitments, technical debt, and commercialization opportunities.
Define success measures including task completion, intervention rate, safety, latency, reliability, generalization, deployment time, utilization, and cost per task.
Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery and prototype through beta, launch, scaled deployment, and continuous improvement.
Identify and mitigate risks across AI models, robotics software, hardware, cloud infrastructure, security, safety, and operations.
Develop pricing, packaging, adoption, and business cases in partnership with Finance and go-to-market teams.
Lead launches, customer enablement, product positioning, technical collateral, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
Influence across teams without formal authority and mentor other product managers.
Qualifications

Demonstrated success delivering complex AI, robotics, autonomy, cloud, edge, or distributed-systems products.
Experience partnering with scientists and engineers to productize probabilistic or nondeterministic systems.
Strong knowledge of several robotics domains, such as perception, localization, planning, control, manipulation, simulation, or embodied foundation models.
Experience defining product metrics, technical requirements, business cases, and production-readiness standards.
