The Air Liquide Innovation Campus Shanghai (ICS) serves as one of our five collaborative R&D hubs. In this role, the successful candidate will partner with our international project team to create state-of-the-art advancements in advanced manufacturing, energy transition, and storage.

您将如何贡献和成长？

• Plan and execute experimental R&D workflows independently to meet project milestones.

• Operate, optimize, maintain, and troubleshoot in-house ALD tools for semiconductor and other high-end  applications using advanced materials.

• Perform and analyze thin film characterizations (e.g., ellipsometry, XPS, SEM, FIB-TEM).

• Comply with AL safety procedures and maintain labs using 5S methodology.

• Drive collaborations with external partners (universities, customers, suppliers).

• Collaborate with the global R&D team on project execution.

• Self-Motivated & Independent: Able to work autonomously in the lab, design experiments, troubleshoot technical problems, and act as a technical leader.

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science / Engineering, Physics, or related fields.

• Hands-on experience with ALD systems and thin-film characterization.

• Knowledge of characterization tools (XRD, SEM, XPS, EIS) is optional.

• Strong English communication and technical report writing skills.

• Ability to collaborate with global business and R&D teams.

• Ability to expand networks and connect with industry and academia.
