This position has a hybrid work location with in-office training and client team meetings a few days a month and remote location available other days.

 

Position Responsibilities

CSC US Funds Solutions’ group is seeking a Senior Accountant with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will manage multiple client deliverables ensuring superior client service.  Deliverables include fund administration services provided to private equity funds such as:

  • Prepare and/or review financial statements and support schedules (GAAP and other basis)
  • Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and prepare and distribute letters
  • Prepare Investor allocations and Partner Capital Statements
  • Prepare and/or review a Waterfall.
  • Investor and compliance reporting 
  • Daily client interaction 
  • Matrix reporting structure for client services
  • Internal responsibilities (status reports, time tracking, etc.) 
  • Review processes and make recommendations on how they can become more efficient.

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required (CPA preferred). 

  • 3+ years of experience in private equity, partnership, or fund accounting. 

  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and leading service delivery teams. 

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and private fund structures. 

  • Experience with SBA-regulated funds preferred. 

  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams. 

  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, financial modeling techniques, and data analysis tools.
