TRANSPORT COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and create missions in Micro-Transport Software (MT) based on daily operational schedules. 
• Provide daily reports generated from MT software as per the customer’s request.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements with the dispatch team to ensure shipments are scheduled for pick up, loading, and departure to destination on time. 
• Ensure customers queries are handled as per the process. 
• Proactively interact with internal and external customers and suppliers to provide complete transportation solutions.
• Liaises with transport operations and warehouse operations to provide regular updates for shipments and for timely receipt of PODs. 
• Measure and control warehouse, transport, and documentation activities to ensure that timelines and service levels are met. 
• Prepare necessary inbound & outbound status reports, billing and any other reports as required. 
• Ensure information is available for billing within monthly timelines. 
• Any other duty assigned by the Line Manager from time to time to meet the business requirement.
