Job Description
The Service Data & Warranty Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and performance of our hybrid and electric bus fleets by managing the fleet operations data, systems and tools, and workflows that drive aftermarket service excellence. This position will manage and maintain key operational databases, validate service and warranty information, and perform technical analysis to support the Customer Service and Support Team. This role will help drive continuous improvement and strengthen the service experience for our transit bus customers.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
  • Processing field technician service reports
  • Review and approval of third party technician service invoices
  • Management of inventory at remote stock locations for field service
  • Fleet Warranty Tracking and Customer Claim Processing
  • Manage and Maintain Customer Support Inbox and Online Accounts
  • Use analytics to identify trends and process improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain Service Data and Warranty performance dashboards. Prepare and present monthly KPI reports
Based in Endicott, NY

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Education: Minimum of Associates degree. Preference for bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering technology, supply chain, or related fields
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

  • Strong analytical abilities, with experience interpreting technical and operational data
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process integrity
  • Ability to manage data in multiple systems and platforms
  • Capability to identify trends and drive data‑informed improvements
  • Strong communication skills for cross‑functional coordination with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $61278 - $104173

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
