THE JOB:
As a Model Bartender at LUX Lounge, you will be at the center of creating an elevated nightlife experience that blends exceptional service, high-energy entertainment, and unforgettable guest interactions. More than just crafting cocktails, you will help create the atmosphere that keeps guests coming back, building relationships, driving engagement, and delivering the vibrant experience LUX is known for.
This role is perfect for a confident, outgoing professional who thrives in a fast-paced nightlife environment and enjoys connecting with guests both in person and through social media.
THE STARTING RATE: $10.50 an hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences that drive repeat business
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently recommend beverage offerings
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper inventory levels behind the bar
- Build relationships with guests and develop a personal clientele base
- Engage guests through social media and help promote the venue through approved marketing initiatives
- Support venue growth by participating in networking opportunities, guest outreach, and promotional activities
- Encourage guest interaction through social sharing, tagging, and participation in the LUX experience
- Assist with opening and closing duties, preparation of mixes and garnishes, and maintaining bar equipment
- Collaborate with management and team members to ensure seamless service execution
- Participate in special events, promotional appearances, photoshoots, and venue marketing initiatives as scheduled
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Holds a High School Diploma or GED
- Exhibits 3+ years of prior relevant experience bartending
- Demonstrates 2+ years of experience in a nightlife/ nightclub venue
- Brings a positive, energetic personality and strong communication skills
