As an Integrated Logistics Excellence Manager, you will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of our Customer + Operational Excellence.
How you create impact
Control Tower Performance
• Delivery of operational services by coordinating related activities across all Control Towers against SLA
• Development of strong working relationship between business management and operations aiming for one common target – creating a cohesive team delivering operational excellence
• Delivery on customer required KPIs
• Identifies projects out of / above scope of services and initiates execution
• Point of contact / escalation for customer concerns at appropriate counterpart level
• Identify areas of improvement, track root causes and define actions for prevention in the future
• Maintain and update customer SOP in close collaboration with Business Manager
• Manage the existing relationships with the relevant LSPs in scope
• Active monitoring of the LSP performance in their service delivery performance (against the agreed KPIs)
• Lead of regular (monthly, quarterly) management meetings with LSPs to identify areas of improvement, track root causes and define actions for prevention in the future
• Manage all relevant rates and other LSP master data during the respective engagement life cycle
• Connect LSP Management to KN IL Control Tower and their respective tasks planning, customer service, freight settlement
• Maintain and update LSP SOP in close collaboration with Business Manager
• Manage the LSP integration process into the work stream of KN Integrated Logistics
• Collect and prepare required LSP data for use in KN IL and customer systems
• Run change management process with LSPs in roll-out of KN IL service portfolio
• Lead LSP training and (EDI-) integration processBusiness Analytics
• Ensure availability of digital reporting package according to agreement with customer
• Support of procurement, performance management, continuous improvement.
• Identification of trends, in-depth analysis, generating of information and knowledge out of reporting data
• Support in network analysis, engineering and continuous improvement tasks
What we would like you to bring
• Proven experience in all transportation modes
• Proven track record in logistics operations and/or general management (min. 5 years)
• Proven experience in supply chain optimization and operational performance improvement
• Proven experience in risk management and emergency handling
• Proven experience of cross regional or global collaboration in multinational environment
