As a Workday Finance - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday finance applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on optimizing financial processes and improving financial reporting to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections and guide others through complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while navigating ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team that specializes in consulting services for business applications. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement Workday finance solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday finance applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize financial processes and improve financial reporting
- Utilizing analytical thinking to monitor and analyze financial trends for strategic decision-making
- Managing financial budgeting and forecasting to align with client objectives
- Developing financial models to support business process improvement initiatives
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for financial transformation
- Upholding professional and technical standards in financial management and reporting
- Building meaningful client connections to understand and anticipate their needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications in Financial Management, including Workday Financials, Accounting Center, Revenue Management, Expenses, or related finance platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Financial Management and Reporting
