This role, in collaboration with the other APAC Payments marketing team members, will build and run key marketing portfolios designed to help shift the perception of our business across APAC and raise brand awareness, helping J.P. Morgan Payments in APAC to not only win new business, but also deepen existing client relationships.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and run APAC wide marketing portfolio utilizing the full marketing mix to help deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time in the right format

  • As an important member of the APAC Marketing Team, represents APAC interests and desires in internal forums

  • Lead the development and delivery of content marketing and sales enablement materials such as pitchbooks, client stories, product positioning, and owned-channel thought leadership narratives, ensuring strategic alignment, regional relevance, and client-readiness

  • Work collaboratively with key business stakeholders, agencies and internal marketing partners to:

    • Develop and execute innovative, cohesive and holistic portfolios

    • Ensure portfolios are continuously optimized

    • Execute tactics flawlessly

    • Read and report results in a timely manner

    • Share lessons learned with key stakeholders and apply them to future initiatives

  • Proactively identify, priorities and lead relevant process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B Marketing experience with a track record of developing and optimizing successful multichannel marketing portfolio utilizing the full marketing mix

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Marketing, or equivalent discipline

  • Strong knowledge of the full marketing mix and optimization strategy

  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with a variety of teams and job functions, including internal marketing functions such as events, communications, channels and content as well as Sales, Business Development, Product Management, and external Partner teams

  • Knowledge of marketing channels and key performance indicators that drive success

  • Ability to design full funnel integrated marketing portfolios

  • Experience in developing and executing complex global or regional projects and navigating a matrix organization

  • Exceptional communication, influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills
