As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are received, stored and dispatched accurately while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance. Working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, you'll help deliver an efficient operation that supports our customers and contributes to the overall success of the business.

How you create impact

  • Pick, pack, label and prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensuring all products meet the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
  • Receive, inspect, load and unload goods while maintaining accurate stock control and inventory records.
  • Use the Warehouse Management System (Ciel FW) to process warehouse transactions and maintain accurate data.
  • Complete all warehouse documentation and operational reports accurately and within required timescales.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer and internal enquiries by phone and email.
  • Ensure full compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), GxP, HPRA, IATA, Irish Aviation Authority and QSHE requirements.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment while adapting to changing business priorities.
  • Build positive working relationships with colleagues and internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What we would like you to bring

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
  • Experience in picking and packing is desirable.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics sector is desirable.
  • Basic computer skills and confidence using warehouse management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • A flexible, reliable and proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • An MHE licence is desirable, together with a strong commitment to health, safety and regulatory compliance.
