The Agency Coordinator of the Agency Vendor Management System plays a key role in the daily operations of the agency, per-diem, international nursing, and other contract employee management that provides short-term temporary staffing support to the ministries across the system under the direction of the Supervisor of Agency Vendor Management System. This position is the expert resource for all agency, traveler, contract needs and partners with Manage Service Providers (MSP) / Agency Companies in the effective recruitment, sourcing, and on-boarding of identified contract employees. This position supports multiple nursing and allied departments under the direction of the Supervisor of the Agency Vendor Management System to manage the system operations of contract, traveler, and international nurses. Partners with the supervisor to continually evaluate current processes, work on continuous improvement of strategies, and serves our customer in a way that facilitates relationships, standardized processes and positive outcomes. Leads the day-to-day monitoring and execution of department goals, data metrics, projects and objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- 6 months of Precepting (Training) experience with new staff, formal and informal
- 1 year of Hands-on working in UKG (formerly known as Kronos) software
- 1 year of experience working on MS Office Suite
- 1 year of experience working in healthcare staffing / contingent worker management
Preferred Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field
- 1 year of experience consulting with front line leaders on complex initiatives, business, challenges, processes, accountabilities, and service levels
