Role Overview
Help establish Chubb as a strong brand externally through the effective use of social media and industry engagements
Develop relevant and integrated communications that deepen employees’ understanding of organizational priorities
Create and execute communications strategies that drive employee engagement, pride in the workplace and brand loyalty
Contribute to the success of technology initiatives, by supporting leaders with the right communications consultancy, strategy and efficient execution
Design and deploy effective communications through the innovative use of communication channels, tactics and tools
Responsibilities
Understand organizational goals and strategy, and work with the CEC (Chubb Engineering Centers) Corporate Communications leader to help deploy the corporate communications and brand management strategy across the organization
Promote the Chubb brand through optimum use of social media channels (corporate handle and leader handles). Drive employee advocacy through creating engaging content for the Chubb employee advocacy platform
Drive executive communications ensuring that the leader’s vision, priorities and expectations are effectively cascaded to employees. Create and promote bottom-up communication channels to enable the leadership team to understand the pulse of the organization
Support key organizational objectives by creating relevant communication program and strategies
Effectively contribute to CEC communication programs and initiatives
Evaluate effectiveness of various communications channels at Chubb, and suggest measures to improve their reach and impact
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
Excellent English-language skills - written and verbal
Effective stakeholder management and project management skills
Experience in executing communications in partnership with senior stakeholders
Ability to understand and align with brand guidelines and brand voice
Good experience in leveraging AI
Ability to deliver strong outcomes with minimal supervision
Go getter, with an eye for detail and laser focus on high quality of deliverables
Education
Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or allied fields
12 – 15 years of relevant experience in the corporate communications space
Experience in supporting corporate communications in a banking, insurance or technology company is an added advantage
