About the Role Work on real Plumbing BIM projects supporting the development and coordination of high-quality BIM models for global engineering and construction projects. You’ll develop plumbing systems models using Revit, collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, and contribute to project delivery following client requirements and BIM standards. This role requires strong modeling capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. Requirements Mechanical Engineering degree. 3+ years of experience using Revit in BIM projects. Advanced Revit knowledge and applied experience. Experience as a Plumbing BIM Designer/Modeler. Experience modeling plumbing systems in Revit. Experience with domestic water, sanitary drainage, and storm drainage systems. Experience in conceptual design and/or BIM assist design. Experience developing BIM models at LOD 350. Upper-intermediate English or higher. Daily communication in English is required. Immediate availability. Own computer/laptop. Nice to Have Navisworks knowledge. Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection. Experience working on U.S.-based projects. Dynamo/Python knowledge applied to BIM technologies. Experience modeling medical gas, compressed air, or other specialty plumbing systems. Field/on-site experience.
