As Director, Logistics, you will lead foodpanda Malaysia's logistics organisation, owning the end-to-end rider experience while driving operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation across the country. You will develop strategies to optimise fleet operations, strengthen rider engagement, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a high-performing logistics organisation that supports sustainable business growth.Key responsibilities: As a passionate leader, you will be empowered to take full responsibility of the logistics operations of the businessFind ways to drive logistics efficiency in the whole country, by defining our city structure, our incentive schemes and managing our supply/demand relationshipStrategy – Proactively proposing new strategies to improve our set-up. We always want to be one step aheadOwning rider experience end to end, through logistics quality & efficiency, content improvements, and performance management.
