Project Manager BMS

What you will do
We are looking for a Project Manager BMS able to manage the projects under the own responsibility in terms of budget, planning, resources. The ideal candidate will maintain relations with the customer, evaluate any variation to the contracts and produce periodical reports in order to show the project trends to his responsible.
How you will do it
- Overall responsibility for completing assigned installation projects ensuring on time delivery of projects, within scope with zero or positive deviation
- Lead creation and maintenance of the project plan. Work with the customer’s project management to coordinate major milestones and resolve schedule issues
- Manage projects budgets looking for solutions that can improve the profit
- Control cost and maximize productivity through the utilization of effective tools, processes and products
- Define project schedule in accordance with customer requirements and internal resources availability
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Comprehend Customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive work environment with the colleagues
- Build positive relationship with Customers
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with other teams and share information across the organization
What we look for
- University degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years’ Project Management experience
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Ability to a flexible work and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Availability to frequent travels in Italy and abroad on board
- Familiarity with IT tools, IT applications, networks including switch configuration
- Problem solving skills

We offer:
- The initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €40.900 – €56.200 per year. The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role. The overall compensation package may include variable components and additional company benefits, which will be discussed during the selection process. We are committed to fair, equitable, and gender-neutral pay practices. The applicable collective agreement: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro Industria Metalmeccanica e della Installazione di Impianti.
