The role will manage a team based in Hyderabad, India who will support all QCEAS activities overseeing the performance, execution and compliance of the QCEAS team in Hyderabad.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategy, oversight and tactical support of the Commercial analytical Sciences activities including method data trending, method qualification activities, instrument lifecycle management, stability operations and data trending, document & knowledge management, and analytical quality assurance. Reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Global Quality Capability Center, Hyderabad. You will work closely with the Global team for QCEAS and associated data, systems and processes for BMS products. Leading the Hyderabad QCEAS team members to deliver robust and timely processing of all QCEAS activities to meet enterprise and global regulatory requirementsAccountable for HYD QCEAS team delivery of performance and compliance requirementsCommunicates continuously and effectively with management (Senior Director, Head of Global Quality Capability Center, Hyderabad as appropriate) and key QCEAS stakeholders on QCEAS related matters.  Escalate system performance issues to QCEAS Support for expedited resolutionGrows, develops, engages and empowers team through existing BMS tools such as Workday – inclusive of performance management, developments plans and objectives as per BMS Workday system.Manage employee related activities for the department (hires, trains, appraises, mentors, motivates, disciplines)Support health and performance of associated electronic management systems in compliance with procedural guidelines.Manage stakeholder needs in balance to priorities and execution of document procedural adherence.Provide leadership and coaching in relation to the HYD QCEAS teamManage risk and uncertainty, and to anticipate the need for and implement contingency plans.Lead team to meet goals while resolving complex issuesExercise sound judgment, using a risk-based approach, to ensure compliance with procedural document regulations, practices, and policies.Develop, adjust, and monitor key performance indicators to identify and mitigate risk to business objectives.Collect metrics to identify trends and take appropriate action.Communicate up to date status to impacted business unitsQualifications & Experience:Fluent in English, with proven professional working proficiency in English for reading, writing and speaking, including the ability to deliver clear and articulate presentationsMinimum of Bachelors degree and 10 years industry experience; 7 years as a people leaderCommitment to QualityPosition SummaryThe Associate Director, Analytical Sciences will...
