What You Will Do

• Provide technical and people leadership for a team of software engineers, driving high-quality product delivery and engineering excellence.
• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned product areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Lead and mentor engineers by supporting goal setting, performance management, career development, and technical growth.
• Drive architectural discussions and contribute to the design of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to deliver customer value.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence within the team.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities while ensuring successful project outcomes.

How You Will Do It

• Lead software development activities across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through deployment and support.
• Review and guide solution architecture, technical designs, code implementations, and deployment strategies.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, coding best practices, security requirements, and quality guidelines.
• Drive sprint planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution activities to meet delivery commitments.
• Mentor team members through coaching, technical guidance, regular feedback, and career development discussions.
• Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain high development standards and reduce technical debt.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve automation, deployment processes, monitoring, and operational reliability.
• Support production systems by driving root-cause analysis, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Encourage adoption of modern engineering practices, tools, and methodologies to improve team productivity and product quality.

What We Look For

• 8 to 12 years of experience in software design, development, architecture, and delivery of enterprise applications.
• Proven experience in a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Engineering role managing development teams and driving technical initiatives.
• Strong experience in product development and agile delivery environments.
• Demonstrated people management experience including:
