As an AI+ Integration - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of digital integration and architecture, leveraging your skills to deliver impactful solutions that meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to navigate complex situations and build meaningful client relationships. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing software solutions using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#.NET
- Managing application lifecycle processes including development, testing, and deployment
- Utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to streamline software delivery
- Conducting code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve software quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions
- Integrating enterprise applications using API Management and Microservices architecture
- Troubleshooting and debugging software issues to enhance system performance
- Applying Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles to create scalable and maintainable software architectures
- Leading efforts in software testing and quality assurance to validate functionality and reliability
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to optimize software development workflows
- Building client relationships by providing technical support and addressing client needs effectively
- Mentoring junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

-AI, LLM, Langchain, Python,Reactjs,AWS, Nextjs, Django

- Use AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Kiro) as your default development workflow for code generation, completion, refactoring, and debugging.

- Developing solutions using Java, Python, and C++ programming languages

- Leveraging Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices

- Develop integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including creating APIs, connectors, data mappings, and orchestrations.

- Certifications: MCD -L1(preferred), MCD-L2 (optional), MCIA (good to have), MCPA (optional)
