Learn more at li.me.Lime is hiring a Strategy & Planning Program Manager, Fleet Allocation to join our Strategy & Planning team! You will work with market managers, cross-functional teams (data, finance, and others), and Lime’s management to make difficult decisions, prioritize, and solve problems. You will use your analytical, project, and stakeholder management skills with confidence to make sure you know and understand our business needs and ensure success for our global business You’ll be the key bridge between executive strategy and regional execution for the Americas and APAC regions. Your job is to ensure our assets are in the right places, our cross-functional teams (Finance, Ops, Supply Chain, Government Regulation) are aligned, and our biggest regional problems are getting solved. The ideal candidate has experience scaling processes or products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can balance execution with strategy. In this role, you will help design and implement systems that enable us to move quickly while maintaining quality and efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact as we build the foundation for long-term success.This is a remote position with a preference for candidates residing within 1 hour of one of our warehouses in New York, Washington D.C., or Seattle to maintain effective collaboration across teams.What You’ll Do:Own asset allocation: Manage intake, evaluation, recommendations, and tracking for asset allocation requests across Americas and APAC.Build recommendations: Use markets metrics, operational readiness and information from multiple teams to determine where fleet should move to maximize our ROI.Model trade-offs: Build scenarios and decision frameworks to compare competing allocation options.Drive planning cycles: Support forecasting and budgeting cycles on Capex and fleet planning.Coordinate execution: Turn approved decisions into clear operational plans to support teams on execution.Partner cross-functionally: Align with local and cross-functional leaders across Ops, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Government Relationship and Data Science.Track outcomes: Monitor execution and post-movement performance to assess business impact.Improve the system: Improve trackers, dashboards, models, cadences, and processes to make allocation faster, cleaner, and more data-driven. About You: 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business intelligence, strategy and operations, or related experience; micro-mobility industry or high-growth company experience is a plusAnalytics & tooling: Strong analytical judgment, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, SQL proficiency, and the ability to independently pull, structure, analyze, and translate data into clear ROI-based recommendations.Program ownership: Able to manage complex cross-functional workstreams across regions, build scalable processes, drive execution, and operate independently through ambiguity.Stakeholder leadership: Strong communicator who can influence without authority, challenge assumptions, align senior stakeholders, and turn complex analysis into crisp decisions, action plans, and...
