We're looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join our Napapijri team based in Roermond Outlet.
As a Sales Associate, you will inspire our customers, deliver an excellent service, and help maintain the highest standards on our shop floor.

How you'll make a difference
We expect that our Sales Associates help deliver a memorable retail experience by:
Providing the highest level of customer service and ensuring every customer feels welcome and valued.
Developing a thorough knowledge of Napapijri products and collections.
Maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
Supporting store operations, including stockroom activities and replenishment.
Keeping up to date with current trends and the brand's position within the market.
Following all operational and safety procedures within the store.
Contributing positively to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
What makes you the perfect Sales Associate?
Required
Availability to work at least one day during the weekend.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliability, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strongly Preferred
Ability to communicate in Dutch and English.
Additional language skills are an advantage.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales.
Working Hours
This position is available under a 9 hour per week contract.
Additional hours may be available based on business needs and employee availability.
