Job Summary
As Fast Track Manager - Morocco, you will have full responsibility for the operational performance, service quality, and commercial success of Fast Track and Meet & Assist services across six airports nationwide.
You will lead teams, ensure service excellence, standardize procedures, and work closely with airport authorities, airline partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless, premium passenger experience aligned with Swissport Aspire standards.
Your activities
Operations & Service Excellence
Oversee Fast Track and Meet & Assist operations across 6 airports in Morocco
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, personalized passenger services
- Ensure the fast Track team deliver a world class image (Grooming and service)
Implement and maintain Aspire service standards and operational procedures
Monitor service KPIs, customer satisfaction, and compliance with SLAs
- Manage Crisis and complains
Leadership & People Management
Recruit, train, and manage Fast Track teams across all locations
Provide coaching, performance management, and continuous development
Foster a culture aligned with Aspire values: care, integrity, and teamwork
Stakeholder & Airport Coordination
Act as the main point of contact for airport authorities, security, immigration, airline partners and clients and develop commercial partnerships
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
Proactively resolve operational challenges and passenger service issues
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Aviation Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience in airport operations, premium passenger services, or hospitality management
- Exceptional problem solving abilities
Proven leadership experience managing multi-site or multi-team operations
Strong knowledge of airport processes (security, immigration, boarding, VIP services)
Fluency in Arabic, French & English
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Highly organized, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure
