Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and processfocused HR Data Transactions & Analytics Associate for a contractor/temporary assignment hired through our outsourcing partner ACRO. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining employee data transactions through our HR systems, including PeopleSoft, BrassRing, ServiceNow, and other HRrelated platforms. Your primary goal will be to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational requirements.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Data Management: Process and maintain employee data transactions, including new hires, terminations, leave absence dates, job and employee data changes, and other HR-related updates. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and resolve data discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner.
  2. Data Quality and Compliance: Adhere to established data quality standards and guidelines, ensuring that all employee data is accurate, complete, and compliant with organizational requirements and regulatory laws. This includes:
    * Conducting regular data audits to identify and correct errors
    * Ensuring data consistency across different HR systems and platforms
    * Collaborating with HR teams to address data gaps and training needs
  3. Severance Documentation Management: Generate severance agreements in accordance with HR policy, track returned documents, and ensure all required signatures are received. Maintain ongoing communication with the HR Business Partner regarding document status, monitor completion of the 7‑day revocation period, and initiate severance payments and outplacement services once all steps are finalized.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of solutions that enhance data management, reduce errors, and improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and measure their impact.
  5. Reporting and Analytics: Utilize HR systems and reporting tools to generate reports, and complete templates to support HR business decisions.
  6. Collaboration and Escalation: Work collaboratively with peers and the team lead to resolve data issues and escalate or transfer issues as needed.
  7. Knowledge Management and Compliance: Stay up to date with changes in HR policies, procedures, and systems, and ensure that knowledge base articles and self-serve information for HR teams are accurate, current, and compliant with organizational requirements.


Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Technical savviness, with experience in HR systems, including Workday, ADP, and other HR-related platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
  • Familiarity with metrics and reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (strongly preferred)
Bonus Skills:
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft, BrassRing, ServiceNow, or other HR systems
  • Experience with data management and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA
  • Ability to utilize HR systems to document and track employee data transactions

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $51273 - $87164

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
