We are looking for a Growth Manager who is responsible for designing and executing the strategy to drive Prime Video growth in Turkey. This person will be leading programs and initiatives to drive customer acquisition and subscriber growth, including growing revenue streams, as well as improving our customer engagement and retention for Prime Video. Additionally they will work in collaboration with the Central and Regional Product, Programming, Marketing, Engagement, Ads, Customer Insights, Payments and Distribution teams to define the priorities and key projects to drive growth and engagement. This role will also focus on cross-benefit initiatives, pricing strategies, industry players benchmarking as well as customer understanding. As a result of the broad scope and critical nature of the position, the role will interact with leadership at multiple levels in the company

Key job responsibilities
- Support Growth and Customer Acquisition initiatives across teams for country/region
- Create and execute comprehensive strategies to drive new customers to Prime Video across all our channels (web, mobile, Living Room Devices, distribution partnerships)
- Define and execute strategies to drive customer customer retention
- Own and present to senior leadership key performance metrics around customer acquisition, and retention
- Develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration; use data to measure and understand customer behaviour and apply/share those insights to be used more broadly

- Collaborae with other teams of the Prime Video org, including Central Marketing, Product and Payments, Business Intelligence, Programming, Finance, Ads, Engagement,Legal among others, to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth

Basic qualifications

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or AWS Quick (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- - 3+ years of professional experience,
