Oncology Infusion - Multiple Opportunities – (RNs/MAs/NP)

RN- Oncology Infusion 

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science with a major in Nursing.  
• Licensed Registered Nurse    
• Basic Life Saver (BCLS)         
• ONS chemo/bio certificate required, must obtain within 90 days of hire 
• Chemotherapy administration experience preferred 

 

 

Medical Assistant – Oncology Infusion

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 0-2 years as Medical Assistant
• Certification as a Medical Assistant from an approved school
• BCLS

 

 

Nurse Practitioner – Oncology Infusion

Requirements:

• Education Requirement

Master's degree program designed to prepare a registered nurse to provide acute/primary health care services or the successful completion of an approved supplemental education program, i.e., post-Masters NP certificate.  Is a graduate of New York State registered Nurse Practitioner Program or equivalent OR is certified as a Nurse Practitioner by a national association via examination.  Has completed a pharmacy component of not less than the required semester hours or the equivalent AND has been instructed in New York State and federal Laws relating to prescriptions and record-keeping (3-hour course).

Experience Requirement

 

Previous progressive experience relevant to the area of clinical practice. Professional certification by relevant professional organization preferred.

Licensing and Certifications:

• RN
• CNP
• BCLS
• ACLS
• ONS chemo/bio certificate required, must obtain within 90 days of hire 
• Chemotherapy administration experience preferred

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $64.85 - $64.85 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
