Overall responsible for the maintenance of site modeling data

Take overall responsibility for maintaining the site's modeling data.
Chịu trách nhiệm tổng thể về việc bảo trì dữ liệu mô hình hóa của nhà máy.
Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of the modeling data.
Đảm bảo tính chính xác và cập nhật của dữ liệu mô hình hóa.
Define and document the change management process:
Xác định và tài liệu hóa quy trình quản lý thay đổi:
Develop and document the change management process for data maintenance.
Xây dựng và tài liệu hóa quy trình quản lý thay đổi cho quá trình bảo trì dữ liệu.
Ensure the process is followed and regularly updated.
Đảm bảo quy trình được tuân thủ và cập nhật thường xuyên.
Champion the usage of tools to enforce the change management process:
Thúc đẩy việc sử dụng các công cụ quản lý thay đổi:
Promote and support the use of tools to enforce the change management process.
Khuyến khích và hỗ trợ việc sử dụng các công cụ để thực thi quy trình quản lý thay đổi.
Support testing and deployment activities:

Support testing and deployment activities related to the necessary modeling data.
Hỗ trợ các hoạt động kiểm tra và triển khai liên quan đến dữ liệu mô hình hóa cần thiết.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth testing and deployment processes.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo quá trình kiểm tra và triển khai diễn ra suôn sẻ.
Collaboration with other departments:

Work closely with technical, production, and management departments to ensure modeling data meets the plant's requirements.
Làm việc chặt chẽ với các bộ phận kỹ thuật, sản xuất và quản lý để đảm bảo dữ liệu mô hình hóa đáp ứng yêu cầu của nhà máy.
Participate in meetings and related projects to provide necessary information and support.

Continuous improvement:

Propose and implement continuous improvements for data maintenance and change management processes.
Đề xuất và thực hiện các cải tiến liên tục cho quy trình bảo trì dữ liệu và quản lý thay đổi.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
Theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu quả của các cải tiến đã thực hiện.
Any other task assigned by management / Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của quản lý.
Qualification/ Trình Độ
Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or related fields.
Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kỹ thuật, công nghệ thông tin hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Experience working in the semiconductor manufacturing industry or similar industries.
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực sản xuất bán dẫn hoặc các ngành công nghiệp tương tự.
Proficiency in using change management tools.
Thành thạo sử dụng các công cụ quản lý thay đổi.
Have good knowledge in using data analysis software, such as: SQL, MS Excel, Tableau. Knowledge of Online Share point, Power BI, Power Apps, equipment integration standards (SECS/GEM) is an advantage.
Good teamwork, attitude and willing to take more responsibility and task.
