Job Description
Project - the aim you'll have
We are currently seeking a mid-level Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and work closely with one of our clients. You will work on a mix of new and legacy customer portals, helping maintain and evolve both the current platform and the systems that came before it.
This is a 6 months project*
Position - how you'll contribute
- Work across a mix of new and legacy customer portals, with the legacy systems running older versions of the same core frameworks.
- Contribute to both front-end (React) and back-end (Node middleware, Java/Spring Boot) development.
- Work with the client's full tech stack: React.js, Node, Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, and GCP.
Qualifications
Expectations - the experience you need
- +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills
- Mid-level background as a Full-Stack Engineer, comfortable working across the front-end and back-end of the stack.
- Solid hands-on skills with React for front-end development.
- Working knowledge of Node.js as middleware.
- Experience in Java 21 (or earlier versions, given work on legacy platforms) and Spring Boot on the back-end.
- Comfortable working with PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch for distributed search.
- Familiarity with Redis for caching.
- Exposure to GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
