The Client Administrative Support Analyst partners with leaders, Sales, Client Experience, Health Engagement, and Support Resolution Center teams to coordinate work, improve processes, and create a smooth experience for internal stakeholders and clients. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative, project, communication, open enrollment, and workflow activities that support client retention, growth, and service excellence.

  • Manage incoming work through designated workflow systems, including Wrike, and help ensure requests are completed accurately and on time.

  • Partner with Sales, account teams, Client Experience, Health Engagement, SRC Leadership, and peer teams to resolve requests and support business goals.

  • Prepare, format, analyze, and distribute client-facing presentations, communications, reports, meeting materials, and other deliverables using internal systems and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Support open enrollment fulfillment, including benefit summaries, enrollment materials, communications, presentations, event logistics, vendor coordination, and deliverable tracking.

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by communicating clearly, following through on commitments, and bringing a solutions-focused approach to each request.

  • Provide support for technical issues, system access, operational processes, and workload balancing across the Client Administrative Support Hub and SRC.

  • Identify opportunities to improve, automate, or standardize work so the team can increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.

  • Contribute to team meetings, special projects, and process discussions with ideas that strengthen collaboration and service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in administrative support, sales support, account management, project coordination, client service, or a related operational support role.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Strong organization, problem-solving, judgment, and adaptability when priorities, systems, or business needs change.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality service and dependable follow-through.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

  • Experience using Wrike or another workflow management tool to manage intake, track projects, report on work, and support collaboration.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience creating or analyzing reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.

  • Experience supporting open enrollment activities, meeting logistics, procurement, collateral coordination, or client communications.

  • Business acumen and analytical thinking with the ability to connect support activities to client and organizational needs.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 25 - 38 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
