Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Specialist role based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, presenting BrainSightAI solutions to clinicians and healthcare organizations, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Day-to-day activities include conducting product demonstrations, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM. The role also involves collaborating with product and customer success teams to address client needs, supporting onboarding and basic training for new customers, and contributing to sales strategies and market feedback. The Sales Specialist is expected to build strong, long-term relationships with clients, representing BrainSightAI’s solutions and values in the healthcare market.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage healthcare professionals, understand their needs, and provide responsive support.
  • Proven Sales experience, with the ability to manage the end-to-end sales process and meet or exceed targets.
  • Sales Management and Training capabilities to help structure sales activities, support junior team members, and guide customers through product adoption.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or health-tech solutions; prior experience selling technical or SaaS products is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, including comfort with demonstrating digital products to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; relevant sales certifications are a plus.
