Schedule: Monday- Friday 8-5, on occasion may need to flex for night and weekends. Night shift flexing more common, weekend is rare
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Leads strategies based on industry and organizational data to implement initiatives improving nursing care delivery.
Provides leadership in developing programs to support career pathways for team members within the nursing workforce pipeline.
Collaborates with academic and community organizations to create experiential learning opportunities for students and prospective allied health and nursing employees.
Conducts periodic assessments and evaluations of innovative nursing programs, implementing changes as necessary.
Works with leaders and stakeholders to identify, implement, and evaluate processes that drive exceptional clinical outcomes through nursing workforce innovation.
Participates in organizational leadership programs to oversee clinical quality training and develop measures to improve patient care quality.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Ability to work as a Team player within a unit
- Effective verbal and oral communication and problem-solving skills
- EKG competency
- Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written skills)
- Basic computer skills – must be able to navigate Microsoft windows based programs
- Must be able to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patient, evaluate interventions, and revise plan of care according to patient outcomes
Education:
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience:
- 1+ acute care hospital setting [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:
$70,682.60 - $131,480.21Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
