Senior Specialist, POM Technical Product Management - Reporting & Analytics

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, POM Technical Product Management - Reporting & Analytics to join our Digital Platform. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and targeted client communications related to market developments, regulatory changes, capabilities, and operational updates.
• Support custody clients by providing market-related information and responding to day-to-day queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Drive client engagement and market thought leadership through the development of client-facing materials and market collateral.
• Leverage technology and AI effectively to enhance processes, insights, and delivery.
   

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-7  relevant work experience, ideally in financial services, global custody, or product management.
• Experience supporting internal and/or external clients, with a focus on building strong and effective working relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
