Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. 

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

  • Be a clinical leader. Apply your expertise directly in a patient's most comfortable environment, delivering high-quality, personalized nursing care.
  • Craft individualized care. Develop, implement, and dynamically adjust comprehensive care plans that promote patient independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate and coordinate. Work seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team – physicians, therapists, and support staff – to ensure holistic care.
  • Empower and educate. Serve as a vital resource for patients and their families, providing crucial teaching and emotional support.
  • Mentor and guide. Oversee your caseload, leading and nurturing LPNs, LVNs, and Home Health Aides to foster a strong, cohesive care team.
  • Innovate with technology. Utilize leading-edge AI-powered clinical documentation and best practices to optimize care delivery and maintain precise documentation, promoting work-life balance and more patient interaction. 

No After Hours On-Call Requirements

Job Requirements

Required 

 

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Must have an active RN license in the state served.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required 
  • Exceptional critical thinking, proven clinical expertise, strong case management abilities, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

  • Two years of hospital / hospice / homecare RN nursing experience preferred.
