Job Summary
The Senior Foundation Officer will research team members, companies, and organizations. They will identify potential donors and create detailed reports. This role involves communicating with colleagues to update prospect data and assign fundraisers to portfolios.
Essential Functions of the Role
- Work with the prospect manager to handle the information needs of the BaylorScott & White Health Foundation staff. Create thorough profiles and reports for potential donors. Include personal, financial, professional, and philanthropic information. Test their capacity to give.
- Manage the search for potential candidates by examining data, screening prospects, and conducting proactive research.
- Monitor and record potential major donors in the database. Ensure each development team member has a reasonable number of donors to manage effectively.
- Proactively monitor current news information and information to continually improve prospect data.
- Take part in prospects strategy development for major gifts, events and campaigns.
- Create and convey different reports containing donor information for the BaylorScott & White Health Foundation team and volunteers.
- Administrative support for Foundation staff through Managing Calendars, scheduling meetings and working with he Foundation budget

QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
- EXPERIENCE - 5 Years of Experience
